Zaheer has been top wicket taker for India in two WCs taking them to final of one and winning the other while Kohli can't even take India to finals of 3 nation tournaments.

And kohli has been ranked no.2 in ODI . Something Zaheer hasn't done in any format. And Kohli will be the ICC ODI player of the year, something Zaheer hasn't even been nominated of in entire career.
