Not many jobs so youth migrate to cities which causes a lot of tensions and leads to Raj T. Raj T is just a symptom. The underlying issue is the poverty of these states as compared to some other states.

As for the rest, they probably get power cuts (on average) 1/3 of the time. Seriously, to even get to Chinese levels of power production per capita, India needs to expand its generation capacity almost 4 times. Just terrible infrastructure all around and less said about UP/Bihar the better. Too bad you don't get mulligans in real life.

In front of them UP and Bihar are much better as far as communal violence is concerned. For one the terror factory of the country is located in Bihar. Where did the criminal who insulted the Soldier memorial go? Terrorists will not be created unless there is an underlying communal tension and communities are divided. And dalits are teated much better in other part of country, right?. You are talking about a state whose CM was a dalit till last year. There is a Dalit act. Whole state is filled with Bhimrao Ambedkar park and all. I am guessing that for you other states of India apart from UP Bihar are New JErsey , North Carolina etc.. Other states are not New jersey. Other states have politicians who actually buy votes by doing good stuff to poor. Just because a dalit is CM means nothing. By this same definition Indian muslims and women should all be well off since we have had a Muslim (vice)president and Women prime minister. Women education in UP is much better than bigger states like Andhra and Rajasthan, so stop making baseless accusations. And in which part of India appeasing is not done. You want to say rest of all India people are voting for development and Bihar which has reelected someone like Nitish Kumar is voting on basis of caste. Depends on what education you mean. Rural andhra and rajasthan have problems. Majority of Muslims/Dalits in India live in UP/Bihar. We all know how much Dalits and Muslims have improved. Again same thing if that is the case why Bihar choose Nitish Kumar again. Lol. How many Mumbai people like Congress?? They keep relecting them. Sometimes there are no alternatives. I am not saying Nithish is good or bad. He has copied some good initiatives from Southern states like providing bicycles to girl students :nice: Now for record, most of the part of UP and Bihar are gangetic planes where industrialization is not allowed which has been the main reason why there backwardness is now very much visible. There are ofcourse problems but these are the two states were Central gov have to never think about relation with Neighbouring country as other parts give embarrasment. Gov have to not think about Naxals. Despite many rivers flowing, they do not fight with each other on the basis of river. We need improvement but it is needed in whole India not only these two states. Looks like this has been written by Nitish supporter. Every Indian wants to see Bihar and UP progress. But we need to tackle the root issue. If the states that were formed in 2000 are combined with Bihar and UP the situation is more bleak. Bihar and UP needs to rise.

Police from outside the country no longer inform UP/Bihar govts before arresting someone here. Apparently sometime back UP govt. did not want to arrest someone close to an election and the guy fled to Saudi.

Wanna know from which city or state the other 52 belong. As far as terror factory is concerned I can only laugh dude. Looks like this has been written by Nitish supporter. Certainly better than putting your head in the sand and then claiming that everything is fine. Look at Uttar Pradesh, SP promised sooo many subsidies, are they ever going to improve like this? The only way the SP can have a remotely balanced budget is by asking the central government to give them lots of free money. So the rest of India is effectively subsidizing UP. Are the SP a party whose official manifesto included banning computers for the government so that more people can be employed better than Raj T who has a sensible economic policy of spending within budget and not running large deficits? People talk about law and order, we all know how good law and order is in UP. its so ****ed up people dont even register cases. The only long term solution to the migrants in waves or large numbers problem is UP and Bihar getting to atleast 80% of the average Indian per capita income. As of now UP only mass produces people. Bihar is atleast on its way. The fact is UP has voted for incompetent people as has bihar. You vote based on caste etc you pay the consequences.
