The title should rather read: Fans frustrated to see Praveen fit He did have a good Eng tour but it was purely because of the conditions, in ODI's he couldn't even bowl straight. Didn't he concede 10 runs in 0 balls?

I don't think it is for lack of talent but, lack of proper selections, planning, fitness and lack of knowledge as far as picking up bowlers and grooming bowling talent,see the selections of last year, Unadkat lol, VK, PK, Mithun, RP, any day Shami, Anwar, Awana, Gony Aaron,Abu Nechim have better chance of succeeding also potential, then these trundlers. Ishant Sharma,Aaron, Umesh, Abu Nechim if they were Australian or SL would have been better bowlers as all have pace and needed right mentoring and training, Abu has a slingy action and pace like Malinga had when he made debut, SL invested a lot of time and Resources after identifying Malinga, Kamran Khan played IPL for India and now is ploughing the fields, that is the problem. Tyagi was not looked after after being over bowled and got the serious injury, same for VRV, Suyal,Pankaj Singh has the potential but no one to help him improve, see the English bolwers and their improvement, look at the work done by their academy and the good selections. l

ONe GOOD thing by selectors to KEEP him OUT. a slow medium pacer who bowls well only till the new ball becomes 4 overs old after that his swing Stops and he becomes a rubbish bowler.........what surprises everybody is that with the new ball ( first 5 overs at max) he looks like the best in the world and after 5 overs he definitely becomes a domestic bowler............transition from Top bowler to rubbish bowler. this actually makes me wonder big time

+1 he should be nowhere near indian team,pathetic attitude,no brains,strays down the leg more often than not and a massive trundler..even with his swing,he gets carted through all sides of wicket, not at all a genuine wkt taker

Praveen Kumar's fitness has alarmingly become worse over the past year or so. From the matches that I have watched, he starts huffing and puffing after bowling a few overs. He's definitely useful as a 3rd bowler but not as a strike bowler. I would definietly have in my team as a supporting bowler instead of stacking the team with phaast bowlers provided he improves his fitness.

Don't care about T20s and only marginally care about ODIs - and from the OP the discussion is generic not restricted to ODIs and T20s.

I also do not care about loi,but way he was bowling and along with poor fitness,it would have been hard for him to turn it around in tests also .
