How many of you are in that category? Earlier work from the 70s and 80s. Guy started losing it in the 90s and just when I thought Mohabbatein could not be topped he made Veer Zaara. Ironically, despite his claim to romantic films my personal favorites of his are drama like Deewar, Trishul, Kaala Patthar, Joshila, Mashaal.
