Zap_Brannigan Posted October 29, 2013 Posted October 29, 2013 GTA V has shipped 29 million copies :o....WOW!!!Easily the best selling Xbox 360/PS3 game ever!!and that too in just 6 weeks!! Is anyone else confused about which next gen console to get? Although PS4's superior specs made me think about getting the PS4, my top 5 games are Gears of war, Call of duty, Halo, PGR and crackdown. 4 out of my top 5 are owned by MS and i am not a big fan of any of sonys exclusives. Still i thought since none of Gears, PGR or crackdown are announced yet and may never come to next gen, i didnt have to buy a xbox and just get a PS4. I could make do with third party titles . But now that titanfall is exclusive to xbox, i might have to get a xbox afterall.

I could use that to play games i own with my brothers and friends in India. Since i dont usually get used games or sell my games, digital distribution helps me a lot (Infact in the last 2 years, i have bought more games digitally than physical copies).But i agree that with no used games, the prices of games could be high for a long time. Both MS and sony are corporations looking to make the most dough. Sony with its piss poor online infrastructure and DRM policies in its CD's in the past, are just as culpable of anti-consumer policies. I remember having to fork out lots of money for memory before PS3. I rather not trust any company. I just buy products for what they are. I expected new experiences this year with new electronics (Samsung S4 was a big letdown). Sony has nothing to offer other than improved specs. Although i am tempted to call Xbox HDMI input as something that i will like, I will hold on till the system is released and i read the reviews. Altogether, just like i skipped Samsung S4 and waiting for something better, i will wait till either MS or sony brings something new to the table in terms of experience to choose one of their system . Regarding COD, i love COD games. But after Black ops 2(havent even completed the single player) and MW 3, i have gone back to MW2. Hopefully ghosts plays like MW and not like black ops.

[/quote'] loved the game maaan finally found an indian guy who played it..my laptop konked when i was level 39 or something..had prismere armour and enhanced weapons..finished the two add ons but the final stages of the main quest were remaining.. :((

I usually focus on RPGs with deep story lines but this one's combat, level up mechanics and gameplay took me apart. What class/race did you pick? I was a Human (warrior). Very less people have played it but its an uber fun RPG. Are you done with that huge war where the cyclops sort of giant controller by the demons attack you? That was like the final chapter with 6-8 more main missions ahead.

Almain guy..the warrior race..yup i think i am done with the huge cyclops..planning to put the saved game into my new laptop and start playing ..but wont get my new laptop till jan so..no way to finish it for now.. totally loved the game's combat mechanics, felt it was better than skyrim or witcher 2..but i guess the story lacked depth.

Play the DLC's you will pick some good weapons... even in non dlc there is a big castle that can be won..

Best part is the game remains sorta tough on Hard difficulty unlike most other RPGs which gets pretty easy once you farm legendary weapons. How beautiful was that city of Dwarfs? Graphics was well suited for the gameplay. Do you kill the trolls by sneaking behind them? Its the safest without wasting any fate. :--D
Vilander Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Adessa ? yup that was impressive about the priesmere trolls i had crafted priesmere weapons and primal magic weapons by then, 1, stun 2 killed them with a 240+ ? crafted longsword i was very high on armour and hp...the difficult silver back trolls come in the add on teeth of naros they are like 90% of priesmere trolls in hard, drops lots of unique weapons and standard that could be salvaged..
