Lord Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Akmal as far as talent only goes.Unmukt has the temperament
Sean Bradley Posted October 15, 2012 Author Posted October 15, 2012 ^^ I would give the talent cap to Unmukt here !
JaFanatic Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 as of now its umar akmal not degrading chand he can overtake umar akmal soon if he continues to have a good work ethic
Sean Bradley Posted October 15, 2012 Author Posted October 15, 2012 lol @ posters calling the cross batted slogger more talented over a proper batsman.
Lord Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 lol @ posters for calling the cross batted slogger more talented over a proper batsman. see his initial innings in Tests.on his day,he is more talented.as I said though,Unmukt has the brain
Executioner Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 lol @ posters calling the cross batted slogger more talented over a proper batsman. it will be injustice to call umar akmal a cross batted slogger. This guy has played a lot of good innings at a young age and he did very well in the t20 wc. His temperament really showed up esp. in the South africa match..pitty that he plays so low down the order. Chand may become a great batsman but we all know the intl scene is something different
munafbhai Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 see his initial innings in Tests.on his day' date='he is more talented.as I said though,Unmukt has the brain[/quote'] Lets also compare the English speaking abilities:finger:
JaFanatic Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Lets also compare the English speaking abilities:finger: :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
kubrickian Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 He is a mindless slogger comparable to Afridi. He should never be compared with any Indian batsman. Period.
Old guy Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 chand a opener doing well so low in batting can khatmal ever do this? :finger:
GautiMaan Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 De Kock vs Chand would've been a better comparison
Old guy Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 De Kock vs Chand would've been a better comparison i agree de kock looks more ready.. chand still has to work on his technique but we are ignoring one thing de kock was playing at his home while chand in toughest conditions for sub continent batsman how owuld de kock do in india?
Crookbond Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 i agree de kock looks more ready.. chand still has to work on his technique but we are ignoring one thing de kock was playing at his home while chand in toughest conditions for sub continent batsman how owuld de kock do in india? Depends on the ladies.
veer Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 dumb OP to be honest.. comparing a 19 year old .. yet to play a single internation game with 5-6 year experienced player.. way to dumb down ICF...
Old guy Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Depends on the ladies. this guy is cursed we will never have any discussion w/o trolling like this :((
GautiMaan Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 i agree de kock looks more ready.. chand still has to work on his technique but we are ignoring one thing de kock was playing at his home while chand in toughest conditions for sub continent batsman how owuld de kock do in india? Chand was undone by Narine,de kock smashed Harby and Ojha. ofc Narine is a stiffer challenge
Old guy Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Chand was undone by Narine,de kock smashed Harby and Ojha. ofc Narine is a stiffer challenge narine is different next time i expect him to play better..but yes like i said his technique can improve a lot and he needs 1 good solid domestic season
GautiMaan Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 narine is different next time i expect him to play better..but yes like i said his technique can improve a lot and he needs 1 good solid domestic season Chand's technique might seem a bit loose now,but the power he generates for a young guy is unbeleivable.Bound to succeed in LOI's.
Old guy Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Chand's technique might seem a bit loose now' date='but the power he generates for a young guy is unbeleivable.Bound to succeed in LOI's.[/quote'] yep.. and its not lose or anything just basics which he can easily work on no under 19 guy is perfect also this guy should debut first in odis then tests...lets hope he does well
