Crookbond Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 I wonder if Starbucks has to import coffee beans' date=most of the coffee grown in India is Robusta and the considered inferior to Arabica beans though i think we like it so much is because it has more than twice the caffeine as regular arabica .the best tea according to me is Oolong,its partially oxidized tea and you drink it straight up without sugar or milk. No - Tata is supplying them Indian production and that's the meaning for the 50-50 venture.

Some prices at Starbucks via Firstpost. Coming to the coffee itself, Starbucks has priced itÃÔ items at a price considered to be much lower than their international outlets. For example, a short Cappuccino is worth Rs 95, a tall one for Rs 115 and a grande for Rs 135. On an average, a regular coffee in the UK will cost you around Ž£2.50 and in America, it would leave you poorer by $3.70. If youÃÓe the cold coffee types, then a trademark Caramel Frappuccino is priced at Rs 160 for tall, grande for Rs 180 and Venti for Rs 200. Considering that most Cafe Coffee Day and Costa Coffee items are priced in the same range, Starbucks have done their homework when it comes to pricing.
