Sachin=GOD Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 सवालों के घेरे में केजरीवाल की चिट्ठी के दावे! नई दिल्ली। जनलोकपाल बिल को लेकर केंद्र से भिड़ चुके दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल का दावा सवालों के घेरे में आ गया है। शुक्रवार को दिल्ली के एलजी नजीब जंग को लिखी चिट्ठी में केजरीवाल ने दावा किया था कि उन्होंने अपने जनलोकपाल बिल पर चार विशेषज्ञों की राय ली है। जिनमें पंजाब व हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट के पूर्व चीफ जस्टिस मुकुल मुदगल, पूर्व एडीशनल सॉलिसीटर जनरल के.एन. भट्ट और दो वरिष्ठ वकीलों (पीवी कपूर और पिनाकी मिश्रा) शामिल है। केजरीवाल की चिट्ठी के मुताबिक इन विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार बिल किसी भी तरह असंवैधानिक नहीं है। जबकि के एन भट्ट और पिनाकी मिश्रा के हवाले से अंग्रेजी अखबार इंडियन एक्सनप्रेस ने छापा है कि केजरीवाल ने उनसे राय ली ही नहीं है। दिल्ली जन लोकपाल बिल को लेकर आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के मुखिया और मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने शुक्रवार को केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय और उपराज्यपाल नजीब जंग पर सीधा हमला बोल दिया। उन्होंने देश की संवैधानिक व्यवस्था पर चोट करते हुए गृह मंत्रालय के उस आदेश को ही अवैध ठहरा कर इसे मानने से इन्कार कर दिया जिसमें कहा गया है कि दिल्ली सरकार को विधानसभा में कोई विधेयक लाने से पहले इसकी सूचना केंद्र को देनी होगी। लोकपाल बिल को लेकर उपराज्यपाल द्वारा सॉलिसिटर जनरल मोहन परासरन से मांगी गई राय और बगैर उपराज्यपाल व केंद्र के अनुमति के इसको विधानसभा में पेश किए जाने को असंवैधानिक करार दिए जाने से केजरीवाल बिफर पड़े। सबसे पहली प्रतिक्रिया उनकी पार्टी के प्रवक्ता आशुतोष ने दी। उन्होंने कहा कि उपराज्यपाल कांग्रेस के एजेंट हैं। बाद में केजरीवाल ने उपराच्यपाल के नाम एक चिट्ठी लिख उन्हें एक प्रकार से कठघरे में खड़ा कर दिया। मुख्यमंत्री ने चिट्ठी में यह जानना चाहा कि जब आपको (उपराज्यपाल) जन लोकपाल बिल की कॉपी गुरुवार शाम ही भेजी गई है तो आपने किस बिल पर सॉलिसिटर जनरल की राय मांग ली? उन्होंने लोकपाल बिल को असंवैधानिक करार दिए जाने को चुनौती देते हुए कहा कि पूरी प्रक्रिया का पालन कर और मंत्रिमंडल में विस्तार से इस पर चर्चा करने के बाद इसे तैयार किया गया तो परासरन ने बगैर इस बिल को पढ़े इसे असंवैधानिक कैसे करार दे दिया? http://www.jagran.com/news/national-questions-arise-on-arvind-kejriwals-letter-11073525.html

Cheap labour is a huge factor that just stupid from india then....highlights the stupidity of the government and no cheap labour is not a huge factor in this sector. this is not mass manufacturing sector

Let an independent investigation happen on basis of cag report in this case too

Let an independent investigation happen on basis of cag report in this case too actually CAG were a failure in the 3g spectrum auction. I dont see the economy benefiting at all. CAG remain accountants and not business men..... They will be handy if somebody fiddles the figures. We all saw what happened to CAG when the supreme court ruled against the gov v Vodaphone. As things stand there are two PIL's in the supreme court v Reliance. The outcome will decide this and not what Kejri is doing. So at max AAP is piggy backing.

All this calls for an inquiry for the sake of the people (who would be affected )
