Cricketics Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Whenever one discusses about the top shows, it's name appears. Even was reading few other discussion forums, it remains the most popular show. I love it personally. You can pick any old season and you would love to watch it again. What you all reckon?
Jersey #10 Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Unfair to Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Two and a Half Men All are great. Ive never seen Seifield tho. Maybe one or two shows here and there
donkey Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Seinfeld is definitely up there, pioneered a whole new genre and never had a dull moment.

Cricketics Posted January 2, 2013 Author Posted January 2, 2013 It's a sitcom at the end of the day, not a documentary which will educate you about something. pfft.......what's so great about it. Its a show about nothing.
nikred Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 It's a sitcom at the end of the day' date=' not a documentary which will educate you about something.[/quote'] It was in reference to George's Sitcom within that Sitcom. I love that show. :P
Nova Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Yes. After so many years, Seinfeld remains one of my favorite shows and definitely the best sitcom I have seen. I can still watch the re-runs and have a good laugh. This show is timeless and has a long shelf life. Arrested Development is another show which has great reviews and it rivals Seinfeld, from what I have read. And if you like Seinfeld, do watch Curb Your Enthusiasm. I also like Frasier.
Nova Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 One more thing. People still quote lines from Seinfeld on a regular basis. The show is also popular on ICF.... just look at this. :D
punjabi_khota Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 It is the BAAP of all sitcoms anywhere. Never was, and never will be another like this. Ironically though, the character Jerry Seinfeld was the weakest of the 3 dudes. Kramer is my hero and inspiration of course

Great shows all! Would add 30 Rock to this roster as well.

Sachin=GOD Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Definitely. Its in a different league all together ad the likes of HIMYM, Big Bang Theory, Two & a Half Men, Modern Family etc don't even come close. It is the BAAP of all sitcoms anywhere. Never was, and never will be another like this. Ironically though, the character Jerry Seinfeld was the weakest of the 3 dudes. Kramer is my hero and inspiration of course :agree:
Shane Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Seinfeld is in a different league altogether, the characters in the show are amazing, I would also recommend Curb your enthusiasm but only to the Seinfeld Fans, i doubt whether the rest might like it.
