Anti Virat Kohli Club

Though I personally dislike Kohli's attitude, not the player...I hope he succeeds...he seems one bright hope among the darkness. Don't rate Pujara highly yet after facing disappointment with Ashwin recently. Kohli has atleast the odd performance overseas so far in challenging conditions...so right now I must say no matter how much I try I am still on the Kohli bandwagon :((.

whata gr8 reason to not rate pujara highly while the same guy was 10x better then kohli vs england in same series
I thought we were on the same page with the anti anti Virat sentiment here :dontknow: As I said...I havent seen enough of Pujara in challenging situations...just one test in South Africa where he did negotiate challenging bowling but did not translate in terms of runs. SO I will HOLD my judgement. As I said among the current crop Virat is the only semi-proven commodity.

let me get this straight both pujara and kohli are untested ..and right now technique wise...temperament wise and even pure concentration wise puajra is much better then kohli what kohli learnt in so many tets puara showed it in tht south africa test as a rookie and owrst part abt kohli is he made same mistakes vs england and actually looked uncomfortable and confused abt tempo..i think it was cos of batting too low but still once u learn something u dont forget it just after 1 series

sabby is one confused guy:headshake:
im not his blind supporter or hater i am totally against hating this guy jsut bcos he hit bad form after 2 years of pure awesomeness but to say he is our best test prospect when ashwin is averaging more then him is totally wrong imho

Let us keep aside all the good ODI knocks for a moment...the 100 at Adelide and 70 odd at Perth were really challenging knocks...infact he did really well in both innings at Perth.Infact his 100 in the last test vs England was his best test knock so far. I am not saying Kohli is the next SRT,VVS,RD but he is semi-cooked potential atm. Pujara has had a tremendous start to his test career no doubt but so has Ashwin who is unfortunately slowly fizziling out...read my statement carefully...when I say I dont rate him I mean I will hold my judgement over Pujara but over Kohli from what I have seen he seems to be the one. I will love for Pujara to overtake Kohli but he has a long way to go.

i think the opposite i think pujara already is ready to take on world class bowlers while kohli isnt yes those 2 knocks at end of australian series was good and after that he was brilliant vs new zealand but the way he played vs england it was like he forgot everything he learned in australia on the other hand pujara looks like part out there...he has talent, technique and good head..he is always calm and actually few steps ahead of bowlers..half of test cricket is in mind so right now pujara is much much better then kohli in tests ...and away from home i actually think more pace will suit him..as he has good back foot game and he plays proper shots

Pujara got owned in SA. Looked clueless like he didn't belong. Kohli would have been much better there. And Pujara has a poor attitude, he is never being aggressive on the field and hence lacks any real leadership qualities.
so what if he looks like rat while bowling ?..our main bowlers look like kangaroo, monkey, donkey etc :dontknow:
This lol. And how does Kohli look like rat wtf.

So You rate Pujara's knocks against a weak NZL side and England in home over some of the Knocks Kohli has played in Aus,SA and Eng albeit in dead rubbers or in losing casues to come to the conclusion? I like Pujara too but I am afraid he is behind Kohli as of now.
