When new coach comes, he will have a tough time carrying these lazy bums to practice sessions. The team needs a hard taskmaster who'll not be scared to create a ruckus in the dressing room and drag these lazy idiots to practise.

Well dont mind that. But to do effectivley will need a cpatain to back him, selctors to back him and president to back him. If just coach wants discilpine and good ethics, he will then be seen as disruptive and people will call for his head

I generally consider tall from 6'3 onwards 6'1" is tall for Indians where average height is 5'7" or so. Yo live in Australia, not India and that is why you don't consider yourself tall.
