For me Umesh,Shami,Bhuvaneshwar & Pankaj should be picked for tests & Aaron,Shami,Bhuvi,Irfan for Odis.As of now Shami looks to have a bit more potential to succeed at the test level but Bhuvi should get a chance coz I can bet he'll move the red cherry a lot more.

all the outswing he already gets is cos of wrist position to get more he will need to change action like rkt said and also with too much diff action batsman will be able to pick it easily

but his outswing happens wide outside off. Inswing.is always playable in tests because batsman is not going after you. this why Kulasekra has not been good in tests and Bk is Kula part 2.

PK was slower but he didnt lack fitness. He bowled 40 overs in England in an innings because Zaheer got injured and India bowled basically with 3 bowlers.

I'm not an expert but I think maybe it can also be done without changing the action. 8p6d3mRkF0o see the Shahzad dismissal,the seam is pointing towards first slip,if he can tilt it a bit towards 2nd slip,maybe he can get more outswing,also if he comes from wider of the crease,he'll able to make batsmen play too:hmmm:
