Look at Sandeep Warrier, he has only played 5 FC matches and is already getting a lot of attention. Aaron still already has helped India won a match or two with his bowling.

Back stress always keeps you unsure of when the bowler is actually be ready to play again because they can recur as soon as bowlers starts bowling again. He got injured in November and will need at least 4-6 months to come back as that is what a back stress injury takes usually to recover.
