I don't share that view but I can't expect the rest to be like me. Each of our background is different and we respond differently. I feel good when India beats Pakistan but not anymore than how it feels when India beats say Australia. I guess it is the background that we all come from adds to the extra happiness or bitterness. I respect others' view too on this one. If one feels very strongly about a result against Pakistan as Dhondy depicts above in his post then be it. I have no problem with that as long as it stays a banter and doesn't turn into an abuse fest. I think most here are not too bad. On the other hand I know if India lost the same fellas that are giving Pakistan a hard time will be giving India a hard time. Simply put Indian cricket followers are an emotional lot and in particular against Pakistan. I don't see anything wrong with it and what's the point in having a message board if you can't post what you feel (no abuse of course) without being politically correct.

Folks, India won, and we can celebrate. But there is no reason to call names and be derogatory to Pakistanis. That is uncalled for. Celebrating a victory by our team does not have to be by putting down the other country. We can celebrate our own victory but we can maintain decorum at the same time.
