Secondly, UP is the most populous state and yet it doesn't even have any quality stadium. Thirdly, add Bihar on the list. If I am not mistaken, Bihar doesn't even have a Ranji team anymore. Lack of infrastructure i.e airports is likely on of the reasons for the dearth of quality stadiums in these places.

Almosts looks like spider's legs. Delhi surely needs a complete revamp.

As far Uttar Pradesh goes i think they are revamping Green Park. So once that is done it UP should have a stadium. Bihar needs a stadium. Gwuhati is getting a stadium which is under construction.
