I dont see any reason we should. Unless you can show to us which draws are due to slow batting, which are due to flat pitches and which are due to weather (ie, rain), we cannot just discard draws. Since ICC over-rate control didnt manifest itself till the early 2000s, all the above points are valid. Therefore, asking to remove draws from the equation is the hallmark of a 'paper fan' who follows crickinfo scorecards but doesnt know Tendulkar from Inzamam on the cricket field.
