No. Kohli, Yuvraj, Raina, Dhoni, Jadeja/Irfan (Depending on conditions) are locks from 3-7. GG's opening partner slot is vacant but then again UAkmal is not an opener.

He's not THAT bad. But yes he'll prolly never make it in the Indian team. There's a long list of far more talented players now in Indian reserves.

Uthappa is actually better then Akmal. Atleast he can bat for long periods to an extent.

i do not think so,even some wicket keepers average Over 50 in india first class ,umar akmal is decent batsman in LOIS,and very good by our standard.but strangely(not offensively) indian batting stocks have been exposed in past few years overseas?but Sachin is exceptionally the best bat from subcontinent

he is very aggressive and want to dominate,he can play any shot but due to t20 effect ,his favourite area is now cow corner,he has failed playing that shot more often than not.not to forget he has Misbah at the other end guiding him lol.
