Modi maniacs running rampant. Its like they get paid to open pro-Modi threads on message forums.. Its a bit like BJP's failed 'India Shining' campaign in 2004. You can put lipstick on a pig, but its still a pig.
Name calling again. Go ahead. this is what you have done for last 50 yrs. And this is what you will be doing next 100 yrs. As soon as uncomfortable questions are asked. A logical debate is initiated for future of India we all will be rediculed. Tell me one thing , give me one leader who has half the vision and half the zeal for 21st century India. I promise you, I will be the first one to vote for that man instead of Modi. If not then please show your hatred towards the pig who are running the country now and used my India as their baap ki jaagir not towards a person who is working for his people. You were the person who said in one of the thread that "I do not hate anyone". and I asked "really". This is not hatred then what it is.

^^^ By selecting Modi u are not helping the cause. His selection would make the situation worse.
And why exactly should we care about a particular community in a secular India. Lets do what is good for country, why should I or anyone think about any specific community. If you are talking about minorities, then please also take consideration of Sikh, Christians, Buddh, Jains, Parsis etc. why should we appease a particular community just because they give vote on their religious basis.

As far as I can tell - You dont know me. You dont know my political views, and unlike the Modi fanboys here who dont lose a single opportunity to open a new thread when even a morsel of pro-Modi news appears on the internet, I dont recall opening a single pro-congressi (or for that matter, any other political party) thread on icf. If you think I am huge fan of the present Indian govt, then that is a view for you to hold. I am not in the business of convincing people about what I truly believe in or favor. As for the 'hate' adjective, AGAIN, for all my ridiculing of Modi, I dont think I have said a single deragatory thing about it. I dont like him and I dont dislike him either. I find his politics unacceptable and thought of a chief minister of a major Indian state being complicit to mass rioting as 1000s of his own people got slaughtered becoming the prime minister of MY India is repulsive to me.

The reason why Modi fanboy open thread is because no one else is showing us hope. I have said already let Mr. Rahul or Lalu or Mulayam or NAveen Patnayak come up with something to show, look this is what my plan is for future India, I will vote for these guys instead of Modi. I appreciate your views and this is how it should be also, santulan or balance should always be maintained for a healthy democracy. If everyone will start following Modi without giving any thought, then what difference it would make by having him or having Gandhi family member. My question was, I have heard all the politicians in some conclave or some rallies saying how poor they are? like Bihar or how world is against them like Tamil Nadu, how much SC/ST are oppresed like Mayawati, how poor the people are in India like Congress MP's. Here is one politician who says dont redicule anyone by calling him poor or sympathize with him. Give him work tell him you are going to be part of new Bharat Nirman. Then he shows it by example as how he acheived result. He talks about resource utilization, he talks about technology, he talks about electricity and how to raise water level. I mean why the hell should I not listen and tell my country men there is still hope. He may not become PM, but atleast he has forced many other CM to work and become popular. Wats wrong in that?

There are many threads on Modi both positive and negative. But it's the wrong for you to target some of them and question their own personal beliefs. That's the reality today where if a Hindu says something positive about Modi, suddenly he is seen as a Muslim hater. And there is an even worse thing where I myself have seen how some Muslims whom have been positive about Modi been treated as non-muslims, being opening questioned if they are muslims. This includes mainstream media and large public forums where some have simply been ridiculed for not "being Muslim". That's a very dangerous precedent in India.

Khalpat miyan' date=' you haven't answered my question - does fashion awareness in girls lead to malnutrition and do you want someone who thinks that is the case to lead you?[/quote'] I think it might lead to but not to the extent that a leading politician should say this as a reason. But the answer to your second question is, Leader of the country is not decided by each and every interview he gives but the result which he achieves during his tenure, the latest being Gujarat has been the best in dealing with the malnutrition and that is what matters to me or aam Indian not his interview. DO you not want a person who has provided 24 hrs electricity, innovation in dams, good law and order, least corrupt, helped tribals to be self sufficient, helped agriculture growth to be 9% from 2% as the leader of your country or you still want Sonia ka kutta to lead this country. We gave this person 12 years after that unfortunate incident and he has done enough to be made leader of the country. But still I say, if Nitish, Naveen, Mulayam, Omar Abdullah, Chidambram has even half of the leadership qualities and vision half of the worth of this man, I will vote for them. For now I have heard only two person in modern India as to what there plan are for modern India. Kejriwal and Modi, out of them Kejriwal has not yet proved anything and I have doubt about his administrative skills and Mr. Modi, executed it and then is asking India to do that.

Yes, still no answer, do you give vote on the basis of one odd interview or the results achieved in dealing with the problem?

Yes' date=' still no answer, do you give vote on the basis of one odd interview or the results achieved in dealing with the problem?[/quote'] Yes I do if the level of idiocy shown is that curbing phaaisshion will get rid of malnutrition. That is enough for me to decide. Thanks.

Man you have some amazing delusions about Modi. All the things you mentioned were already there or was on the way in Gujrat before Modi came into power and would have been there regardless of who was CM. Well at least Modi's PR machinery is working great.

Pretty sure under BJP we would have done worse, not to mention completely polarizing our minorities. One term of BJP in Karnataka and not only is the corruption worse, we have attacks on minorities, ban on beef, text books being changed and moral policing on an all time high

Muslims/Christians still exist in this country, unlike what sickulars would like you to believe. It is a democratically elected government in Karnataka and if they want to ban beef, its their right through legislative action. They have been elected by the people of Karnataka. Textbooks in our country have been written by seculars to make young kids see history through their prism. If BJP government changes it, why stand on a moral high ground and say history is being incorrectly changed. THe rise of a strong Hindu leader with a development agenda is required in our country after years of misrule by the left wing

Well said. Dont know whats the problem in banning the beef. If you dont like the law that has been brought then vote them out and never elect them again.

By that yardstick of definition, so do Hindus "exist" when Congress rules the country. It means Congress takes the welfare of Hindus into account.
