I Have to say sadly this is going to be our last victory for some time now as away tours commence even in odis champions trophy is in england.So its going to be sometime before we win .

Hardly. The 8-0 was cause of over the hill players who were not performing at home also. Performing overseas is not that difficult as had been made out by the oldies this past season. We have done well abroad with the likes of RP Singh, Sreesanth, Munaf, Irfan, Jaffer, Karthik, Akash Chopra etc ffs. We may not win in SA or Eng or Oz but it won't be a whitewash, I can guarantee you that. 8-0 didn't happen coz the players were unable to play in those conditions, 8-0 happened coz those players were unable to play anywhere. Of the oldies who remained from those tours, none (GG,Viru,SRT,Harby,Ishant) are even performing at home also. All the performers including the Eng series we lost 1-2 are the new guys - Ojha, Ashwin, Jadeja, Vijay, Kohli, Pujara, Bhuvi etc. This same team would have won the Eng home series and would not have been whitewashed in Oz and Eng.

The players u are talking about vijay,jadeja all have struggled away.Dhawan might do well as he has a backfoot game but with sachin playing on our middle order is weak.Dhoni abroad is struggling.Our spinners are ineffective abroad.Our pace attack consists of one bowler yadav and we are facing the top team.Cricket u cannot predict 100% but its unlikely we will not be whitewashed in sa.

Yep, on a day like this, we should celebrate. SA tour can wait Historic moment for us..we have played weaker teams before, haven't dominated them like we have this series. Plus the likes of Vijay, Jadeja, Bhuvi, Ashwin even Dhoni - players whom we did not expect to do much, have been the heroes besides Pujara and Kohli. A great start after the setback against England.
