He has no idea about how terrible he truly is. If I were him, I would concentrate on how to take wickets rather than making useless statements. It angers me that despite failing, he is saying that he is happy about his performance. It shows tthat he does not have the right mentality to be a successful fast bowler or to improve. What a waste.

Pointless statements by the worst bowler to play 50 tests. Wickets is all that matters, if you can't even buy them then get the f out. Selectors need to get a grip as playing this clown means entering the field with 10 men.

This is a complete myth. This guy has THREE five-wicket hauls in 50 Tests - two of them against the West Indies, which has been a joke of a Test team for ages now. Umar Gul is a very mediocre Test bowler himself but still a hell of a lot better than this clown, Ishant Sharma. However, India being such a complete failure in producing world class fast bowlers in our 80 years as a Test nation, this guy will play 100 Tests. Average will probably pass 40 by that point and he will still be happy with his "rhythm". Of course, opposition batsmen will be even happier.
