CSK Fan Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Have to love the hypocrisy of some poster (yes, I am pointing at you U_G) who try to claim that their maotivation is an Indian team victory, when its for all to see, that their motivations are purely driven by a hatred for Sachin (and yes, a not so hidden love for Dhoni) and they have not given Sachin his due even when he actually did well for the team. When someone disects a 21 year old career and tries only to exemplify a couple of flaws (heck most players have much more flaws over 1/10th of a career), the intention of so called "Indian" fans are for everyone to see And yes, whenever the 100th 100 is mentioned, it will also be mentioned that it was an "Indian" who has this record and that record will proudly be associated with the country India for years to come just like the average of 99 is associated with Bradman and every Aussie takes pride in that record despite that record being an individaul record and not a team one.

And where did you get the "hypocrisy" piece from? I don't care 2 hoots about what players do in IPL and I'm all for Tendulkar to play for as long as he pleases in IPL :two_thumbs_up: I follow IPL for a few laughs and that's what I'm doing here. You will see me doing the same with practically every IPL team and I sure hope I only get to see likes of Vinay Kumar, Dinda, Pondulkar etc. in IPL and not at intl level As for 100th 100, it will also show how India lost that game to B'desh and was knocked out of Asia Cup just so that an Indian can reach his personal milestone without giving a flying phuck about the team. You may well cherish his 100th 100 and have a poster of Tendulkar on your bedroom wall to celebrate his 100th 100 but to me that was as selfish a display I have seen at intl level.

carnish Posted April 10, 2013 Posted April 10, 2013 Why SO much of hue and cry ... he has 10 scores below 10 in IPL ... 7 wins for MI and 3 Losses. Whats the big deal ... others are their to score too. MI has won many times when he has scored 50+ ... That counts a lot too, I guess.
