9-yr-old arrested for rape of 4-yr-old

BHOPAL: A 9-year-old student was arrested by the police for alleged rape of a 4-year-old girl in Seoni district of Madhya Pradesh on Thursday afternoon. While her family members alleged that she was gang-raped by four, doctors confirmed that it was a case of penetrative sexual assault by a single person. A piece of wood was inserted into her private parts leading to bleeding and serious injuries, said police quoting reports of the medical experts. One of the accused, a Class V student - named by her parents was arrested and sent to juvenile home. Others were left after interrogation. He was arrested under Section 3 b (Penetrative Sexual Assault: inserting, to any extent, any object or a part of the body, not being the penis, into the private parts or makes her to do so with him or any other person) and 4 (punishment for of penetrative sexual assault) under Protection of children from Sexual offense Act, 2012 besides Section 376 (J, I) of IPC and 375 (b). According to Mithlesh Shukla, SP Seoni district, the boy was arrested following complaint from the girl's parents. The boy was produced before the juvenile court and from where sent juvenile home pending medical report, he said. The incident occurred at around 10.30 am when the girl had gone outside to attend nature's call. She came home bleeding and informed the matter to her parents, said police. The girl was admitted to a government hospital. The victim's family and neighbours reached police station and held a protest demanding strong action against the accused.

Children copy what they see, experience, hear. He must have found it fascinating when hearing about all this. The Nirbhaya Rape case has acted as a deterrent for all of us. It's not like these kind of crimes have started just now. Its just that these have started to come up and we've become more aware. This case truly shows the condition of India. Pathetic. This is what our young generation is thinking about. How to rape a girl and insert stuff in her. Disgusting. I hope the girl gets well soon.

My post was based on the experience shared by a friend who don't have enough rooms in his house.He said he witnessed love making sessions of his family members.
