Any chance for CSK franchise to be terminated?

"It's impossible to prove in a court of law that Gurunath is the owner," a source in the company told TOI. According to the management, CSK's operations are run by a team of India Cements officials, which includes Rakesh Singh (joint president, marketing), R Srinivasan (joint president, finance and accounts), TS Raghupathy (executive president) and Rupa Gurunath (executive director), and Tamil Nadu Cricket Association secretary Kasi Viswanthan. "Gurunath is like an honorary consul and not an employee of India Cements and he doesn't get any remuneration. He is merely the face of the team," another source said. The IPL contract has not been signed by Gurunath. "It has been signed by Raghupathy," the source added.

That is a question for lalit modi who was the IPL commissoner. Why did he give it to someone who was not the owner of the company?? :beee: Also why did Lalit Modi release this information 1 day before vindu got arrested. Something does not tally here...

That proves nothing. Yes questions will be asked about all this but can it be proved in court that he was a owner and not merely a representative of the India Cements board? And before anyone asks, I am not defending anyone, just discussing the merits of the case.

India Cements are the owners of CSK.....him being part of the India Cements board makes him a stake holder in CSK......he doesn't even have to be the owner.....merely a franchise representative.... Oh...and for your kind information......the above videos show that he was quite a high profile person in the CSK hierarchy.......going for workshops in Bangkok meant for owners and all.....being involved in team building exercises.....

And the fact that he is a representative is actually good enough to get him and CSK into deep trouble.....he doesn't have to be an owner.....

^ he is a member of the senior management at csk. As management, as opposed to say a clerk, your actions bring disrepute to your organization. If your wife finds you in bed with another woman it is immaterial if you actually had sex or not, it is grounds for divorce.
