Per the gay son of N. Srini this guy has been gambling on games even before the IPL. So he is addicted and I think once you start losing the addiction gets worse.
What does his son being gay have to do with the topic of discussion?

court wouldn't have agreed to extend custody for another 4 days if there was no substantial proof.

Further custody is given to extract proof, not because they have proof. If they already had proof, police custody would not have been but instead either judicial custody or bail.

To extract proof also police should show some evidence' date=' why court will allow police to blindly extract proofs?[/quote'] Vindoo is the enough proof for now. Court did not extend police custody of 2-3 bookies in Delhi once police failed to show any new evidence.
