There is only one word that describes this article from start to finish: GARBAGE Just to get things straight this hack is comparing: Dhawan to Sehwag: Dhawan who's played all of what just one test? Rohit Sharma: to another set of greats. The same Rohit who is yet to debut in a test match, but nevemind, he's got a very nice cover drive so that must count for something right? The only two players that have any basis for comparison are Pujara/Kohli and only because they've played a few tests and done well but does that mean we start comparing them to Dravid etc? We would be incredibly lucky to have just another Dravid or VVS in our lifetimes again. To say that we've now got four comparable guys shows just how much of a dumb-ass this hack writer is.

Thank Dhoni for that :D
yeah thanks Dhoni for continuously giving chances after chances to Nohit instead of picking some deserving youngster :hail:

Check when he duebuted and how many games he has played......He is hands down our best T20 batsman....STill hasn't been given a chance in test...So if anything Dhoni has unknowingly Sabtoged his career giving him chances inconsistently in a format he is still trying to figure out his role in...I am glad he grabbed the opening slot by the scruff of it's neck

what about sabotaging ODI careers of those who could have been tried instead of Rohit playing 80 odd games and continuously failing? yeah sure he should play T20 n does.In Tests he surely deserved to play ahead of guys like Raina, agree.

Dhawan Rohit Pujara Kohli Raina Dhoni This is the battling lineup I want to see in ODI/Test Pujara deserves to get game time in the ODI and Raina problem with the short ball is a bigger hindrance in Test than ODI Not convinced with Rohit yet but he's done well as an opener and deserves to keep his place

+++++++++++++++++++++ The author needs to stop performing autofellatio. :giggle: Seriously, this is the problem with the Indians and the media. A few decent performances and they are legends. Pujara and to a lesser extent Kohli have a good future. We'll see when they play Steyn and co later this year.

Mark Butcher - No other country would be able to put a better team on the park after such a drastic change from the squad in 2011. Not England, not SA, not Australia.
