gattaca Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 NEW DELHI: Congress on Friday evaded queries about party vice-president Rahul Gandhi's absence at a time a major tragedy has struck Uttarakhand, saying the top leadership, including chief Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, were monitoring the relief and rescue operations in the flood-hit hill state. "It should not matter who has gone (to flood-hit areas) and who has not. The focus should be on rescue and relief operations. Both PM and Sonia are monitoring the situation," Congress spokesman Raj Babbar said. "The VIP visits hamper relief operations. Rahul Gandhi has not visited Uttarakhand keeping this in mind. He will visit as soon as the situation improves," Babbar told reporters when asked about Rahul's absence when both the party and the government are busy battling the massive tragedy. "The entire focus is on rescue and relief operations before the weather worsens," Babbar added. The Congress chief has asked all party MPs to donate Rs 10 lakh each from their local area development fund for relief measures for Uttarakhand. Party legislators, MPs and MLAs have also been asked to donate a month's salary. The party, however, taunted Narendra Modi for Gujarat government's contribution of Rs 2 crore for flood-affected victims, reminding it of the higher contribution made by other states. "This is a place which has all the four dhams (sacred places of Hindus), where such a huge tragedy has happened. Who is the one who only takes the name of god? When they are giving money, they have to look at their conscience. Religion is crutches for them," Babbar said when asked whether Gujarat's contribution to Uttarakhand was meager in comparison to the magnitude of the tragedy. He pointed out that SP-ruled Uttar Pradesh had given Rs 25 crore while Congress-ruled Haryana and Delhi and Congress-NCP ruled Maharashtra gave Rs 10 crore each for the flood victims. Hope the victims and the people stranded their gets all necessary things at least. http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/At-time-of-crisis-Rahul-Gandhi-does-disappearing-act/articleshow/20709011.cms
FischerTal Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 I heard a rumor that Rahul Gandhi is in Spain. its for his birthday i believe
Sachin=GOD Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Rahul Gandhi wins Hide-and-Seek game on his birthday New Delhi. It’s just a few minutes before 19th June i.e. PappuDiwas birthday of Rahul Gandhi comes to an end, but no one knows where exactly the young Vice President of the Congress party is. There were rumors of him being in Spain, but since it was suggested by Subramanian Swamy on Twitter, there was confusion if Spain referred to a country or some code-word like TDK, CRT, PT, et al. However, towards the end of the day, the Congress party clarified that Rahul Gandhi had planned an elaborate Hide-and-Seek game (also known as Luka-Chhupi in Hindi) on the occasion of his birthday, and he had won the game as no one could find where he was hiding. “Just another achievement by Rahul Gandhi ji,” declared a spokesperson of Congress party in an exclusive interview to Faking News. Sources confirmed that many took part in the national game and tried to find Rahul Gandhi during the day but they couldn’t spot him anywhere except in tweets by fans and haters alike. “It is not easy to outsmart Rahul Gandhi ji,” senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh said, “The fact that he won against the whole country proves that he’s ready to lead the nation.” Earlier, Rahul Gandhi was reported to have won Ludo and Snake-&-Ladders games, but those involved only two players in private settings. This is the first time Rahul Gandhi has won in public. However, BJP is not impressed. “This is a fixed match. Congressis are playing amongst themselves. The truth is that Rahul baba is hiding because he’s afraid of NaMo,” claimed a BJP supporter on Twitter. “I congratulate Rahul Gandhi on winning the game. He should ignore the haters,” Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said responding to comments by BJP supporters. http://www.fakingnews.firstpost.com/2013/06/rahul-gandhi-wins-hide-and-seek-game-on-his-birthday/

They are also using his photo in the Uttrakhand relief distribution even though he is not anywhere to be seen himself.

Sachin=GOD Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Zuckerburg postpones launch of FB Graph Search after it fails to answer “Where is Rahul Gandhi?” In a major embarrassment to premier social networking site Facebook, founder Mark Zuckerburg has postponed the launch of the social networking giant’s latest offering “Graph Search” indefinitely, thanks to a critical customer bug detected by Janata Party President Dr.Subramanian Swamy. Facebook had earlier raised expectations and suspense all over the world with its announcement that it was about to unveil a new Facebook feature. Dr.Swamy shot off the following letter to Zuckerburg: “Yo Mark. You have announced a new feature called Graph Search which is supposed to give the details, activities and whereabouts of any person I search. My PTs and I typed the query ‘Where is Buddhu?’ and your tool did not return any results at all. Even Google, Bing and Yahoo returned some results, saying that he was last seen at a Dalit’s home having lunch and at a vegetable market in Gujarat, bargaining for potatoes to be sold at Rs.3 and so on. Your product should incorporate all this, man!” To be fair to Zuckerberg, Congress insiders are also mostly clueless about the Nehru-Gandhi scion’s whereabouts. “It would be really handy if the Zuckerberg can improve his tool. We are all wondering where the Rahul baba is when parliament is in the session (sic),” disclosed Parliament Affairs Minister, Rajiv Shukla. Even 10, Janpath, which sometimes remains in the dark as to where Rahul has jetted off to especially during a raging crisis, has requested Zuckerberg to improve his search algorithm’s functionality. The Graph Search’s inferior performance has come as a severe blow to Facebook’s engineers. Zuckerberg said, “Well, it would be fair to say that we were a bit over-ambitious about this one. So much of hard work has gone into it, you know. Every person’s whereabouts, city of residence, current location, favorite restaurant, favorite cinema screen, favorite shopping mall was well-stored and the tool did exceptionally well in grouping people with similar interests. However, its impossible to track a guy who never frequents Facebook, is surrounded by sycophants, and slips off into the rural hinterland where there is no connectivity. So I hereby announce that Graph Search’s launch has been postponed indefinitely, as it requires quite a bit of reworking. Also Dr.Swamy, it would be great if you could email me your complete list of code-words and acronyms for people. Wonder what you call me!” http://www.theunrealtimes.com/2013/01/16/zuckerburg-postpones-launch-of-fb-graph-search-after-it-fails-to-answer-for-wheres-rahul-gandhi/
