zumi Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 seriously this guy is a headache, it was baffling to see him get a second over, and then a third, and then mind boggling he got 4th over!! but what a fourth over, a game changing over. Not sure what Dhoni makes of Ishant Sharma when he had two better bowlers in Kumar and Yadav in temperament and skill! but what roll of dice. but I would still drop this lambu fecker, really fecked up things today, when everybody were bowling beautifully and applying pressure. Ishant Sharma and Rohit Sharma feck off!
Stuge Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 His voice is pretty distinct maybe because of hormone thing .
saneindian Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 10 wickets in 5 ODIs and he should be dropped 2 50+ and 2 100+ partnerships and he should be dropped. While we are at it, lets also drop Raina for not doing anything
The Realist Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Pissant got seriously "lucky" He admitted himself that he had lost it in that over when he was bowling wide after wide Ind need to move on from this eternal passenger
Pagalpanti Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Ishant has shown he can bowl to plan if needed.. Like the SL game or the 4th over today but sadly for us those are far few and far in between. I'm still not convinced if he should be a regular.
carnish Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 GOOD TEST BOWLER ... EVEN PICKING WICKETS NOW :idunno: Whatcha all talking about
vvvslaxman Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 There is nobody can say with a straight face that he bowled well. He got lucky exactly like how Bopara got lucky with ball.
msb1991 Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 He got lucky in this game. I think he is not one of the top ODI seamers in India. I think we should give other people a go in place of him. That being said, he did hold his nerve and FULL CREDIT to him for that.

But once there is nothing on the pitch, he is a cannon fodder, who will be feeding length balls , short and wide balls endlessly
FischerTal Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 He will be in Indian team long time due to his proximity with Kohli
gult Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 I thought he actually bowled better than what was expected of him.. He seemed to be improving in every match until the final match.. maybe pressure got to him. Even Bhuvneshwar Kumar hasn't done too well in this match because of pressure.
