We won thats great but still there are few players who shouldn't be part of this team. Dinesh Karthik : Didn't do anything extra ordinary in this CT other than 1 50. Played very well in warm ups but failed in real matches.

DK didn't cross 50 because he didn't get much chances. He was not out in 2 of those. Deserves more chance

so most people did not have any expectations from him but he had a decent tournament and provided a very good opening partnership in 4 out of 5 matches so now you want to encourage him by dropping him from the side? You have to remember that this was the first time he was opening in ODIs - and that too in such an important tournament in England so if he has exceeded expectations (however low those expectations might have been) then the way forward should be to give him more chances in opening and that is what I expect will happen.
