wow.. looking at the way they were pottering around against Jaddu and Ashwin, they might not have lasted even 40 overs. None of their main bowlers like Anderson, Broad looked threatening. We just gifted our wickets . But Ashwin and Jaddu looked threatening all the time. This reminded me of their batting against us in world T20.

There's no way they would have lasted 20 overs of Jaddu, Ashwin. Indian batsmen also played poor shots because its a 20 over game. It felt like a two paced pitch where you have to play yourself in, then score runs but they couldnt do that because it was a T20 game.

yup i am pretty sure dhoni would have brought in Rohit as a spinning option as well. Credit to Raina though, he eeked out some tight overs in the middle.

Ashwin mauled them in his first spell. In a full 50 over contest, India would have comfortably posted 280 on this pitch and then the spinners would have choked them for a sub 150 total. England's best chance was a washout and a shared trophy. Even the fookin English weather choked - someone must have told the weather it's a world cup finals!

India would have steamrolled England in a 50 over game. All Indian batsmen except Rohit got out playing rush shots, that would not have happened in a 50 over game and the spinners would have just destroyed England.
