he didn't play that well (although he did make one 50) but he was the 2nd highest scorer in WI Tri Series and played pretty well in Champs Trophy as well.

So if I say that Dhoni has yet to make a hundred outside the subcontinient so I don't consider him a good batsman, you will say that hundreds are not a criteria for being a good batsman (thats the reply I got from Dhoni fans in that "best finisher thread") but in case of Rohit you are counting hundreds.

Hundreds tell you nothing about a batsman when he bats at 6/7 in ODIs. If you want a comparison for Rohit, take Dhawan (opener for opener)

Still such a stupid strike-rate on a belter of a wicket is not said as Played well ... The guy needs to improve his scoring rate by a lot if he is not making big scores. Its justifiable to play slow if you play till the end else just feck off.
