Imran. I have never felt the 'shock and awe' effect that he had on India in 1982-83 series, against any other bowler since then. I was on the radio and everytime he had the ball, we felt he is about to take a wicket. He swung the ball in right angles.

Imran & Akram for me. Imran inspite of being less gifted, combined his average skills as a batsman, very good skills as a bowler, great skills as a leader & became a legend. Akram was sheer magic. I still cannot fathom how he did, what he did in that one over to Dravid in the Ind-Pak 1999 series.
