(LHB/RHB) Yuvraj/Sir/Pathan ( LHB) Dhoni (RHB) Bhuvi Ashwin X Y A balanced mix of LHB and RHB.If Sehwag can sort his eye problem, may be instead of Chand, but I dont foresee that happening with Dhoni or Virat being captain.

Gambhir was vulnerable after the 2001WC when he felt his performance got sidelined in the whole media circus that followed the final. Till about the 48th over he was dreaming of being lauded as the hero of the nation who guided the nation to a WC trophy. Then that six changed his life. He never recovered from that and became bitter and disgruntled at the unfair manner in which he was forgotten over the course of a dozen overs. No endorsements, no multi-million dollar sponsorship contracts and the whole nation seemed to be mesmerized by the captain. Nothing rankles a young ego than an older guy taking in the limelight for a job he worked just as hard. A lot of professionals in that scenario are able to take it in their stride, recover and wait for their turn in the sun. Some of them turn to lesser methods. This is what Gambhir did by linking his fate with Sehwag who was making a bid to overthrow Dhoni. Dhoni managed to survive the play and the pretenders paid the price for the chance they took. If Sehwag nevers plays international cricket again because of Dhoni he brought that upon himself. And Gambhir was collateral damage.

Absolutely and Chand was the star in that tournament in Australia.Iam sure Chand will break in India team before that in ODI if Rohit continues to perform the same. I think Rahane blew up some of the chances in recent ODIs against WI or england and for some reason,he is not in good books of Dhoni.Otherwise Dhoni would have persisted with Rahane than Rohit as opener.
