So for me these 2 are the only options for the 2nd openers slot.

Sooda Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 SRT and MEW MEW could bowl and field better than anyone else on that list, though there may be batters who were a shade better as ODI opener - Haynes for one. Thing with Gilly is MSD HAS to be there and will or can be keeper. As a pure batter I dont think- as explosive as he was- he merits a spot ahead of some others there.
