Swann - good everywhere. Ajmal has been very poor in SA, Oz , NZ. Even in SL.

Rankings take time to update. ZAK is still in top 20 for example. Ajmal has been poor for the past one year.

When you say who is better you always speak about tests. That's why Gavaskar is a legend and Bevan isn't. Also Ajmal has been poor outside turning tracks. Was horrible in SA except for second test which was a turning track. Compare to how Swann performed there.

swann`s avg vs ind,pak,sl in the last 2 years is outstanding,avges 26 vs india :hatsoff: ajmal has a great wkt/match ratio but what separates them a bit is the away avg,swann avgs 23 while ajmal avgs 30
