adi B
Youd back Nadal to win in 4 ' date= maybe even st sets comparing the form they are in. Serving out of his skin he is and given how good his returning game is anyway he is almost unbeatable. The injurys have made him a better player almost he dosent seem to want to run quite so much so going for the winners a lot more No one expected Gasquet to trouble Rafa much but him reaching this far is a huge achievement, esp the win over Ferrer. lets hop he can build on it push on. Its great to see him finally start to fulfill his talent dont kid urself mate..djoko ,even in his worst form will give nadal a run for his money on a HC GS final..nadal had such an easy draw till now,he hasnt faced a stern challenge yet.djoko will bring his A game out in the finals

bones
Sooda if those are the tournament stats up until now, they are very interesting. For example it shows in some of the key areas they are very similar. The baseline exchanges are very equal and the number of games lost till now as well. Time on court is almost identical only Djokovic spent 4 hours on court in the SF. Number of winners identical too? Ok here's the other key thing to take from these stats, Djokovic has had a lot more Break Points, proving he is the top returner in the game. Nadal has a more destructive FH. Djokovic has won a lot more free points on his server. Djokovis also seems to come to the net a lot more, wanting to cut down on the long points, Nadal slightly more reluctant, maybe not forced into having to. The stats are very close in many areas. That's right tourno stats till now. Yes close on many areas. I believe Im right in saying that going into the Wimbledone final both Novak and Murray had spent similar amount of time on the court except Novak had that gruelling semi, he did not recover in time. You said to have a memory longer than 2 months, Im not sure we can look as far back as 2011 for any guidance as to what can happen today. Novak does not seem the same player and Rafa is even better if anything. Novak seems almost confused by the desire to be aggressive, in the last round in the first set and the final of Wimbledon too. The increased forays to the net indicative of this, not really his game. Youre right to point to his returning though, thatll be huge today given how well Rafa has been serving. The concern to me from those stats from Djokovic point of view- and Im rooting for him today- is the winner to unf errors ratio. Esp on the backhand wing. No of winners not quite the same Rafa on his forehand has 113 to Novaks 73!! My prediction is still Rafa in 4 :D Though I really hope Djokovic wins. Gonna stick my neck out and say itll be something like 6-4 6-7 6-4 6-3...

Sooda
How did Novak not win that set, 3 brk pts up should have really broken in that game.
Sooda
Well once Rafa won the third we knew this was coming, serving for match now, not a huge surprise most people called Rafa in 4. Could have been so different though, for a while there Novak was in the zone returning like a real demon. Should have broken at 4-4 in the 3rd...0-40!!! Should have gone on to win the 3rd set, threw it away. Still this is a deserved winner, well done Rafa

Yoda-esque
Congrats Nadal..17 does seem in sight now or even more Djokovic was the only one that could have defeated him but its safe to say that he has surrendered the mental advantage. Only Nadal' s knees stand in the way of him and greatness
