I already told about players involvement. If they are clear i don't care about Meiyappan's betting and his punishment. What if the BCCI itself is involved in fixing matches ? How can you be so sure that it is not true.

First it has to be proven that Meyappan influenzed or tried to inluenze the outcome of the game for his betting - if not then only he gets punished. If yes, then there would be more rot unfortunately. Although it might just be Shard Pawar running for BCCI chief.

Some of the information that Meiyappan is supposed to have provided Vindoo are alarming; for example "CSK is going to make between 130 and 140 runs". Unless he was completely bluffing, this suggests that the whole team was in on the fixing. And if they fixed one match, they could have fixed many others! That's what the police needs to investigate. Meiyappan is a relatively small player here. He should in fact turn approver and get some high-profile player convictions.

Given that he lost 1 crore betting, I say his "inside" info was all BS except ofc the ones which anyone sitting with the team will access to like team composition, etc.
