Does he still retire? The announcement says he will retire after his 200th Test, not that he will retire after the West Indies series. So if he can't play the WI Tests for some reason, will he still retire or keep playing until he gets to #200?

They say sachin play for records' date=' 200 test doesn't sound like any record, does it? :dontknow:[/quote'] The same people cry saying he is spoiling his record, he should retire on a high, after the world cup, after 100 100s, after 200 tests. Then when he does that, same people cry, now isn't he playing for records? Face it, 1) Sachin will always be on the verge of one record or the other. In recent times, anytime he had retired, he would have been accused of doing it for a record (100 tons, 50 K runs, 200 tests, etc etc) 2) Whiners are always gonna whine.
