vicks Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 Does he still retire? The announcement says he will retire after his 200th Test, not that he will retire after the West Indies series. So if he can't play the WI Tests for some reason, will he still retire or keep playing until he gets to #200?
Prakat Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 if Tendulkar breaks a finger now I will personally give you one.

Soorma_Bhopali Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 :cantstop: In that case, he will play in SA series and retire after 200th Test ..There is a reason why the Announcement said " SACHIN TENDULKAR WILL RETIRE AFTER PLAYING HIS 200th TEST"
G_B_ Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 if Tendulkar breaks a finger now I will personally give you one. :hysterical:
Sean Bradley Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 They say sachin play for records, 200 test doesn't sound like any record, does it? :dontknow:
CSK Fan Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 They say sachin play for records' date=' 200 test doesn't sound like any record, does it? :dontknow:[/quote'] The same people cry saying he is spoiling his record, he should retire on a high, after the world cup, after 100 100s, after 200 tests. Then when he does that, same people cry, now isn't he playing for records? Face it, 1) Sachin will always be on the verge of one record or the other. In recent times, anytime he had retired, he would have been accused of doing it for a record (100 tons, 50 K runs, 200 tests, etc etc) 2) Whiners are always gonna whine.
