deathmonger Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 The only way Dhoni is going to get sacked is if the Oz/Eng/WC are real bad. If we lose 0-1,0-2 types no change. Then next home/Asia leg we'll just steamroll everyone.
rajmarie Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 VIRAT V MALINGA YUVI V HERATH RAINA V KULA You forget MSD. Slan fans fear his batting big time. Not to mention sl batting vs our spinners too. Both teams are very even. Sent from my LG-D800 using Tapatalk
gakgupta Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 VIRAT V MALINGA YUVI V HERATH RAINA V KULA Dhoni is too good for srilankans....he should come at no :4.....he will smack them out of the game
King Tendulkar Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Why? He has been quicker than BK and is more consistent in line and length than Shami. And was awful in last game What evidence do you have of above. Guy has played one t20 in dead rubber and in ahead of lad been playing whole year who would have gained immense experience for such a big game. CSK nexus
rajmarie Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 India strategy had been to chase. They should do that in the final also. Stick to the team strength. Sent from my LG-D800 using Tapatalk
gakgupta Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 SA was just outplayed by a better team and certainly didnt choke. Their batsmen even played Indian spinners very well' date=' best effort among all teams that played against India. They used their feet against spinners, rotated strike brilliantly, put the bad ball away and put pressure on all the bowlers unlike other teams which struggled.[/quote'] +1....you spoke my mind bro......adding to above......bowling choices were defensive....which helped india to jump start the innings
vvvslaxman Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 +1....you spoke my mind bro......adding to above......bowling choices were defensive....which helped india to jump start the innings Not having a slip was a horrendous mistake first over. Rohit edged straight to first slip where there was none. They had defensive mindset from the get go. Some one like Baz would have had a slip.
bulbul Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Not really Paki's will think its fixxed because India won it. Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk corrected.
rkt.india Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 And was awful in last game What evidence do you have of above. Guy has played one t20 in dead rubber and in ahead of lad been playing whole year who would have gained immense experience for such a big game. CSK nexus I dont think he was wayward or bowled bad deliveries. Both are good prospects and has been poor in T20Is they played. I dnt know why do you think Shami is great in T20s. Whoever played does not matter.
game_changerr Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 was struggling badly against sl during practise match
adi B Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Why? He has been quicker than BK and is more consistent in line and length than Shami. got nothing mohit but honestly i dont see him as an intl level bowler.its not about the pace(he can bowl quick) but he doesnt have the height or zip to look potent, neither does he swing the ball a lot.he looks innocuous and i honestly think he doesn't even look like picking wkts until the batsmen go after him.he doesnt have a stock ball as well. but all said he surely can be tried in t20s and few odis to build his confidence and see how he performs
jonas10 Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Seeds of doubt have been sewn in Shamis mind after he was benched.
game_changerr Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 ^^^^baz is a street smart cricketer...infact whole nz team is.....they had beaten saffers in 2011 wc by some smart tactics and some serious sledging.......(de viller run out)
SLICKR392 Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Why? He has been quicker than BK and is more consistent in line and length than Shami. Did you watch him bowl? Yes, he is consistent in his line and length, outside off at a good/short length. He was very lucky that Amla was on strike. Had it been a different batsman, his figures could have been much, much worse than that. There was swing early on and Bhuvi was bowling over 130-132 KPH, Mohit's deliveries had no swing whatsoever. Nothing deliveries. No way he is world class!
SLICKR392 Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Seeds of doubt have been sewn in Shamis mind after he was benched. I'm glad he got a break.
Sidhoni Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Probably they are like Spain is in football...once they start winning they won't stop
