If dhoni indeed reacted to every such things then we would have a third man till tea. I feel in his case it's part of plan. Even in Odis against Aussies I remember a couple getting out to leg slip

Even in Odis against Aussies I remember a couple getting out to leg slip Which odis.I do not remember them.Also if it was a part of plan then stick with it after samuels edge through vacant slip we immediately remove the legslip and put third slip on.Legslip may come in to play if u have bowlers u can get good bounce and pace,we do not have such kind of bowlers so its a waste for fast bowlers to have legslip in tests and dhoni did have a thirdman early when few edges went for four.He rarely is ahead of game but he just follows the game .

Dhoni has a leg slip positioned just behind and Hughes obliges by taking a back of a length delivery which spins into him, and he eases it behind, but straight into the clutches of Raina. My feeling is that he did not see him there in the first place, and mixed with the amount of turn, ends up leading to his downfall 110/1 --- didn't go through rest of the games but am sure will find others as well

I know you were talking about leg slip to fast bowlers and I agree with you. On the other hand, I feel the leg slip for Ashwin is a good position.

No other player can go up to him and tell him this is ridiculous so stop it, as otherwise they get the yadav treatment. Just shows what pathetic team dynamics we have with this mafiso in charge, no wonder we crumble with no fight.
