Vilander Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 Watching this Pakistani team? Meh. The 'antertainment' lies in watching Pakistani fans watching this Pakistani team.... See the padosi forum and almost every game these days. At the start of every chase their batsmen are better than India's, that failed international gigolo Shahid Afridi is a better all rounder than Garfield Sobers, and they have a great bowler in every street in Pakistan. Presumably these great bowlers are too busy picking pockets and finding it more lucrative than turning up for trials. The latest generation of Pakistani Bradmen are opening, chasing a 'pathetic' target of 180, and it's sunny everywhere. Did you see that Nasir Jamshed cover drive and how his belly jiggles exactly three times every time? Wah, wah! Oye Sohaib Maqsood is as good as Inzi and only eats half as much! Half way through they soar into a crescendo of hope. Maximum Leader Misbah Ul Haq is at the crease, with a strike rate of minus 32 point five. Pakistani calculations have revealed that based on this strike rate Pakistan will win the game in seventeen point four overs. Somewhere near the middle of the second half it starts to go to *****. Misbah goes home. Misbah a run, Misbah fifty runs, you know the drill, it's always Misbah something. Talented Umar Akmal is at the crease. Ya Maula, madad. Talented Umar Akmal is back in the pavilion, ready to unfurl his talent another day. Then as that failed international gigolo Shahid Afridi comes to the crease they sink into hysteria. Soon they turn on one another in a shower of recriminations, abuse and tears. Madad Maula, madad. Saeed Ajmal comes in no doubt muttering MC and BC at Pakistan's batting geniuses. He's not long for the crease either. Finally Irfan comes in to bat ready to use his body as a pinyata instead, and after a few painful balls Pakistan WIN!!!! WIN!!!! WIN!!!!! Actually they don't. Recycle and repeat. Repeat and Recycle. ok you are my new favorite poster in ICF. thats pure gold mate.

Executioner Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 LMAO @ NGH I was posting in one thread and then someone said to me :Stop calling Afridi mediocre, he is better than your overrated shakib Me: Shakibs batting average is 13 higher than that of Afridi. Bowling average is 5 lower. What is your arguement now. XYZ: Stats don't tell anything. Afridi. has 7000 runs and 350 wickets. Me: Anyone who plays around 400 matches will easily have that many runs and wickets. Shakib played only 140 matches already has more than half the runs and wickets. Ryan Mclaren a basically nobody is out performing. XYZ: But but but Afridi plays one of those magical innings like the one against WI. Something even legends do. Me: But he is highly inconsistent. He has those one off performance once in a decade. XYZ: He is an Impact player. Bangladesh has no impact player that's why they lose so many matches. (Reality-BD's WL ratio is double of that Of Pakistan. Afridi is such an impact player that the impact of his world class performance has helped Pakistan lose so many matches) Don't know about others but Afridi fans are the worst breed. In their eyes stats don't matter when it comes to averages, but when it comes it total runs and wicket taken stats matter! Sir Afrdi is greater than Sobers and Imran and Kallis.

Sajid_Rana Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 Watching this Indian team bowlers makes me appreciate our even more and more. These guys cant defend 280+ scores against minnow teams like WI. None of their fast bowlers cant bowl one yorker in death overs while our new comer Bhatti is bowling it at will. Pakistan may be struggling in batting but thanks to ALLAH we are blessed with fast bowling talent.

YoungTalent Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 Gotta admit I do wish we had half as good batsmen as India have. But here's a question I have from you India fans. If India truly has the best batsmen in the world then why don't we see them playing in more tougher conditions of batting? Playing at home anyone could be king. Sent from my SGH-T999 using Tapatalk 2 then why couldnt u make 250 in any of the games on uae roads? SA made it 3 times :haha:

GrandMasterSaxy Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 Champions Trophy/West Indies series says "Hi" to you Indian batsmen scored 300+ in English conditions (Champions Trophy) batting first and chased the target with 60 & 90 balls remaining.
