Cricketics
We have heard about railway crossing or bus crossing or even ship crossing under the bridges. But have u ever heard about Aeroplane crossing ... ? See the picture where the vehicles wait for the aeroplane to cross the road. This is in Germany where the runway crosses a road And this is in Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam, Netherlands, where planes cross over a tunnel between terminals and runways :

King
It's possible to escape the planes even if you miss the crossings given the size of the aircrafts.
beetle
And these are unmaned crossings......
The Outsider
But they are automatic .... and are 100% accurate. ALL railway crossings in the US are un manned and they shut down just 10-15 seconds before the train arrives. I wouldn't go with the 100% figure there. Yeah, they are accurate but accidents do happen at times because some moron coded the damn software and another moron did no test it properly. Heck, there was a major mistake with inches and centimetres for a space flight!!!:D
Mandrake
Imagine this kind of crossing back home in India...many would love to hop aboard at the intersection in case they missed the flight at the airport:D
