S!=G, one question is not answered, what AAP has to do refuse Con party support during No confidence motion? Do they have to tell to make con party votes invalid if not Con party goes to press saying because of them govt is running. Regarding support of BJP & Con party to pass bills, its a win win for AAP they can pass whatever bill they want and if its opposed they can start another broom yatra

AAP can form a minority government but can't pass any bills without the support the Congress or BJP. they could only manage day-to-day affairs of the state
Minority govt. by AAP is not viable option. If you think of such a formation, it'll seem absurd. If it has to be a minority govt, then it def. should have been bjp.

Nopes. No party can force another party to not vote for it. If there is such a situation in the Assembly then when the total votes in favor of AAP are calculated, the votes of Cong MLAs will be added to those in favor of AAP whether AAP wants it or not.

^So AAP cannot reject Con party votes even if they wish. No wonder AAP is running like headless checken :giggle:
:cantstop: There is one option (not a guaranteed success but could be tried) - they can call rahul sonia kapil chidambaram thieves in public and say that they don't want con party's support all the time. And see what cong. does then:winky:

during campaigning they have already called Cong a party of thieves etc etc but Cong has played AAP's bluff by accepting its demands and forcing AAP to make one of the 2 disastrous choice - accepting support from Cong or not accepting and being blamed for re-election :giggle:

Bina bill pass kiye bhi kaafi kaam ho jaate hain. They should just go ahead without cong support' date=' and wait till no-confidence motion is tabled, phir to re-election honge as is inevitable.[/quote'] that would be injustice to the people of Delhi. Either you should have a full Govt. which can perform all the functions or you go for re-elections.

How is it injustice. It is in the constitution. The people voted for hung government, that is what they will get. If they propose a bill which makes sense, and BJP/cong. don't support the bill, the public can decide what to do in the re-election.

Need a third option' date=' they could have supported a minority govt of BJP by abstaining from the vote of confidence and still would have gained political experience of sitting in the opposition and gotten some of their election promises implemented.[/quote'] +1 Exactly!.They couldn't have been so cocky that they expected to win outright majority. Why didn't they think of an alternative in such a situation. Bloody noobies acting like school bachaas.

If AAP has to form a Govt. then it should be a majority Govt. which can exercise all functions which a Govt. has power to do. Simply running a Govt. knowing that whenever the Assembly Session happens (which will happen within a week or two of the Govt's formation) the Govt. will fall due to lack of numbers is just foolish.

its not a case of bloddy noobies acting like school bachchas but a case of success going over their head and of arrogance that they would not support any party.
