That rahane has scored everywhere in India and deserves the selection ,on the other hand Samson is quite young and still needs to play 2-3 yrs domestic cricket to prove his worth

he has a fantastic domestic record. He is miles ahead of dhoni when you compare their batting techniques. I know dhoni is averaging unbelievable remarkable 39 in test matches but his average outside Asia is below 30s which is below par for a country like India where batting talent in abundance. I'm not questioning his place in Odis but he certainly sucks outside Asia in test matches. No matter how hard you try to hide it, its an ugly truth and he is surviving because of srini mama. There was only mohinder amaranth who had balls to remove him from captaincy but srikkanth who sucks srini mama's balls wouldn't allowed it to happen.

First innings we were 7 down for 111 and he threw his bat around and connected few. Second Innings came when match was already dead. So he could easily have afforded to do that. In a live match situation as was the case y'day, he can't afford to play shots recklessly.
