Rohit was new. Gambhir wasn't. Gambhir had just returned a few months ago prior to that worldt20 after being dropped from the tema for a few years.

Has to be a team that can beat pakistan though. I say give new uncapped quality players + fringe players who are barely selected like tiwary a go. Great fielding, some good bowling and stack batting with good strokemakers and lets do this!! Sick of seeing dhoni in t20s, he doesn't care about int t20s and uses the 2007 win as nostaligia to get fans behind him

For a T20 world cup in Bangladesh people are picking Rishi Dhawan Team should be Dhawan Kohli Raina Rohit Yuvi(Still our best T20 batsman) Dhoni Jadeja Ashwin Bhuvi Shami Yadav /Mishra ( If it is square turner) And Dhoni will be the captain.Just deal with it

Its just lottery cricket that nobody takes seriously. Better send a rookie team with no baggage and let them have fun. That's how we won the first time around.

No Palace for raina , yuvraj , dhoni and ashwin .dhoni need much need rest considering busy schedule f indian cricket till world cup 2015 in australia. Other three do not derserve place in T20 team. Give Pervez Rasool ,Shabaz Nadeem , Manish pandey and jalaj Saxena a chance. to see how they play.
