G_B_ Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 that ndtv survey is just way too optimistic. Take it with a pinch of salt. I am surprised that they are being allowed to run opinion polls during the election.

Haarkarjeetgaye Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 that ndtv survey is just way too optimistic. Take it with a pinch of salt. I am surprised that they are being allowed to run opinion polls during the election. true. guessing these are pre election surveys.
G_B_ Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 true. guessing these are pre election surveys. i dont know what the game of NDTV is. They are probably the more left leaning channel of the main channels.
G_B_ Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 this is just not going to happen IMO. Western Maharashtra remains a NCP-Congress stronghold. Realistically i think BJP 14 SS 13/14 RPI 1/2 and Raju shetti 1. About 29-30. Congress NCP about 15-16 Others 2
Haarkarjeetgaye Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 i dont know what the game of NDTV is. They are probably the more left leaning channel of the main channels. dont think any channel as such goes by a particular party. they go by how much money they will get , either from the sponsors or black money from the parties to talk their agenda. Saw how Kejri and Punya Prasun bajpai were writing scripts where as Mr Bajpai has been anti AAP methods from the beginning. they change with moolah.

They should pull 1 or 2 seats in Maharashtra
G_B_ Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 others include AAP? or Congress + includes AAP :) . They should pull 1 or 2 seats in Maharashtra others do include AAP and a party known as Bahujan Aaghadi Sangha what is hitting Congress is that dalit votes of the congress are being sucked out by the RPI party allied to BJP Sena. However in western maharashtra congress-ncp combine the maratha votes deliver them they win.

Millind Arvind Bala Meera. though Millind has an edge he may suffer due to UPA incumbency like Sheila jee did
G_B_ Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 what happens to south mumbai will interest me. Millind Arvind Bala Meera. though Millind has an edge he may suffer due to UPA incumbency like Sheila jee did what hurting Milind is that the MNS are not attacking the BJP at all and have put forward a weak ass candidate there. Raj T basically said he is supporting Modi for PM. My cousins was telling me that rather than campaign for the lok sabha the mns candidate is simply identifying which assembly segments the mns can win and reporting back to MNS. Unlike 2009 lok sabha the MNS are concentrating 100% on the assembly elections. Add to that AAP is expected to get around 10-12% of the vote there mostly at the cost of the congress. I think the Sena-BJP have been wise in their allocation. Historically the sena is a stronger of the two in konkan/mumbai while BJP is stronger in marathwada and viderbha. However as MNS is supporting Modi the BJP have fielded candidates in mumbai and compensated by giving the sena seats in viderabha and marathwada.
