Number Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Umesh hasn't even bowled well yet. He is far from how he bowled in Perth last tour. Although its expected, he is playing a test match after more than 2 years. So its going to take some time.

adi B Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Yadavs length today was poor,even actor said that he needs tu learn to pick wkts from full pitched deliveries. here is when the role of a bowling coach comes,he needs to tell yadav to consistently pitch the ball up,short ball is finw once in a while but not 50% of the time. Another thing, if he wants to bang it short then give your full effort, no point in bowling half trackers without much venom,batsmen will cash on it

Not express but fast enough. Shoaib, Lee and Johnson just for the last year or so have bowled express in test matches after the speed guns have been regularly used. never seen him bowl 150+ in tests honestly. Lee did, Johnson did In ODI's several did.
