So those 50 judge are all paid by cricinfo? I understand what you mean though, cricketer of the generation in the last 20 years But then Sachin has been present in almost all top XI list including those by Bradman, Wisden, etc ahead of all his peer so it was obviously going to be him

Sachin probably gives the most # of hits to cricinfo, esp. for coverages like his retirement. Even the editor, Bal, is/was writing a book on him .... Not saying that judges were paid, but picking judges who would more likely vote for someone cannot be ruled out .... Watch how the number of hits go up :P

ACtually Kallis is overrated on ICF and other forums(for obvious reasons)....to me he belongs in the Sanga category...an ATG,MVP for his team but just not good enough to be voted as oncein a lifetime player.

Don't think advertisers think like that. Did you look at the jury members? BTW, it will be difficult to get a jury which does not think the world of Sachin As I have said, in almost all all time great lists, Sachin has defeated all his peers before so this was never a surprise
