Its got everything that we wanted in cricket. I tried it at a gaming plex. The AI is amazing! Unlike the other game, they don't wamn bamn while chasing a target but play sensible according to the RR. Batting is tough, as the analog stick is used for foot movement with gazillion of shots all around the wicket. You have dilscoop and what not. The edges are effing awesome! The sound and fielders celebrations makes it all look real. Would take some time to get used but totally worth it!!!

Reviews are pretty good.....Might have to wait a couple of months and buy 2nds or if the price goes down...glad to see it is available in the U.S so no tension about PAL and NTSC crap. Not available on Ebay though in U.S,only on Amazon

Does it tell where the ball is going to pitch beforehand like other games?if yes then its a fail, gets boring after you are used to it

I played an EA game(dunno which one) where at hard level it doesnt tell where it'll pitch.Initially I was clueless but after a bit of practice I was comfortable(obviously not as dominating as in other levels).Obviously I had to cut down on big shots but it was lot more exciting. bigger circle will still rule out 75% of shots before a ball is bowled

The Ashes 09 hardcore patch was released by our very own c_g. But since the game wasn't configured for it, batting was tough. But in this one, you can disable the marker and figure out where the ball is going to pitch. It is that detailed. Its all about your timing and concentration. I din't try that a lot since I had no time and it takes time to get used to it. So yeah, you can disable the marker but there gazillions of amazing features!! This game can't be compared to its predecessor. @vvs Ashes 09 and IC' 10 are the same games but with added features. Its pretty good, but you had to try Ashes 09 with c_g's patch. Realistic, tough and kick ass.

My PC runs on linux so can't play most games on there. Will wait to buy a used copy for PS3
Even on PC, you require a controller. Game doesn't support Keyboard. Get a second hand. Will let you know if I find a good deal.
