Old guy Posted April 19, 2014 Posted April 19, 2014 The games which I remember was against SRH he was giving boundary every over same thing he did against KKR in the opening game and against RCB too he was feeding Kohli with full tosses where he made 99.In the super over he gave away two sixes after bowling well though to be fair against AB anyone would go out of the park.I never saw the Punjab match so don't know as at that time DD was already out and fixing allegations had ruined the mood :--D. Lol from what I remember he was good in almost all matches And Kohli has been smashing everyone how is that benchmark of dropping anyone ? Just look at stats alone and you will see he did pretty well and much better than vinay

I thought we are talking about ipl and he was much better for us than great vinay kumar so I do not get argument He is more balanced bowler who can even bowl at end and also performed better than him and has obviously more potential than vinay and has age on his side and not playing and playing loser like vinay shows how much of a great captain gambhir is. Not to mention this guy wasted shami Ahmed for 2 years for likes of bhattia so please explain me how do u justify that ?

In 2013:Yadav started off well and took a 4 fer against Rr (I was present at the ground) and he was seriously quick but later regressed in the tournament a bit

Also Virat in the first game didnt give aaron 4 overs specially when he only went for 12 in 3. Maybe there is a pattern all Indian captains hate Indian bowlers who can actually bowl quick.

Arey Sabby I am talking about the 2013 season in which Umesh played for Delhi he was inconsistent and was taken for plenty in many games.

I am not justifying that he is doing the right thing just saying that Yadav was inconsistent for Delhi from IPL 4 to IPL 6.He was poor in 4 and 6 where we got wooden spoon.

He was not that bad as you are making him out to be while vinay was consistently bad Sorry but there is no reason to play vinay over him

Dinda went for 50 odd in 4 overs :facepalm:

Gambhir is a **** captain.He played Balaji and Rajat Bhatia over Shami who arguably is India's best fast bowler.Not to forget the last over vs MI where Balaji gave away 17 runs in an over to lose the match.He is now playing VK over Yadav.LOL he deserves to lose.
