Which team would you like to be a part of to get noticed. MI: Mostly have no idea how to recognize talent. They give chance to hacks based on one innings not considering the opponents or conditions the performance came against . Utter disregard for Indian domestic competitions. CSK: Very difficult to get into playing 11 due to a great lineup but once in dhoni won't drop you at any cost. KKR: Worst team selection policy giving match after match to hacks like pathan . They benched sham for 2-3 yrs.Brain dead captain & selectors have no idea how talent looks like. RR:Have no star players but have a unique eye for talent. Have probably a great nous for talent. Great team for if you want to showcase yourself Indian or foreign players. Rest of teams are somewhere in middle with reads to giving opportunities mostly depending on coaches
